A plan you can act on

Every issue is a bid sheet, not a dashboard to interpret. It carries P50 and P90 quantities, rupee cost and deviation exposure for each block.

Stamped and never overwritten

Each build is stored with its inputs. A later issue supersedes an earlier one but never replaces it, so you can prove what was known when the bid went in.

Honest about the model

Every forecast is scored nightly against Grid-India actuals. When plain same-weekday persistence beats the model, the sheet uses persistence and says so.
